To apply for membership, please complete the registration form below.

Membership fees are quoted below and are payable annually.
There are also options for 2 or 3 years membership fees to be paid in advance.
You can opt to have your membership fees paid automatically annually (applicable to 1-year renewal and payment by card only). 
New applications require a nominator, who must be a current AMSA member.
